Terrible service and turn around time
Been waiting for my parcel from MTN that was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. Called in numerous times on Friday and I was told I'd get a call back by 5:30pm on Friday to arrange delivery for Monday 30/12/2019. The service provided is just a disgrace.
