Terrible service and lack of feedback.

I ordered suitcase set on the 20th November 2022, and I received an SMS from DSV telling me it would arrive 1-3 days from the date of collection which was the 22nd November. On the 3rd day I called to track my order and they promised to get back to me as it was still showing 'Collected by courier' where I had ordered.

I followed up on Saturday and Monday. It's been close to 2 weeks now and I haven't received any feedback from them. I've spoken to three people but NONE have gotten back to me with a response. I needed the suitcase set to move hence I ordered online.

This is incompetence on another level. One of the ladies couldn't even track my package, but she didn't get back to me either. It's so infuriating because I have had to travel without my new set. They have made my shopping experience regretible and that's so unfortunate as they collected it early but are sitting on it! Why LIE?! They best have it in tact!
