Terrible service

Dsv service is very poor they were supposed to deliver a parcel today 28/05/2024 the told me they are going to deliver between 13h00 and 16h00 on the 28/05/2024 at 15h00 i phoned Dsv to ask how far the driver was i spoke to many the informed me the driver is in Swartruggens then he is going to koster and then he will come to me and he will phone me i waited until 18h49 at my work where he was supposed to deliver i struggled to get a lift home because it was already dark my id nr *** my contact nr *** i am also going to lay a complaint at mtn and altec mobile this is not the first time I encountered problems with Dsv earlier tnis month I struggled for a week to get something delivered
