Terrible Service

I did an upgrade 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received the product from DSV and they mentioned delivery should take 5 days and that has passed already. They've been keeping my parcel for the past 2 weeks now. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS extremely terrible. I've been calling DSV for the past 2 weeks and I keep on getting empty promises as to the date of the delivery. I will have to cancel the order with MTN if I don't receive anything by this Thursday.

DSV is absolutely terrible, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
