Terrible Serv2

I'm not one to give bad reviews, but this service is absolutely terrible. I had two packages that needed ro bw delivered yesterday 12 April 2024, I was waiting all day with no communication. I eventually got through ro the call center and they explained there was somw technical difficulty. I understood this and the consultant suggested a delivery for today 13 April. She even mentioned I can call today to follow uo. I called the same number but it was closed. I eventually got through to someone and she confirmed my package is with the driver and will be delivered by 1pm. It is now more than an hour later, I srill don't have my package and the call center is closed so I can't get hold of anyone. The tracking link provides no information. Im so disappointed in this service.
