Terrible (NON) Service
My parcel was due for delivery yesterday, 15 April 2024 by 17:00 according to tracking information. I waited all day for my package but it never arrived and I never received any update stating that the delivery is or will be delayed. No arrangements made for an alternative date. I had to email them and even then I didn't receive an answer as to when my package will be delivered. Worst courier I've ever dealt with.

I am even MORE DISAPPOINTED as I still don't know when my parcel will be delivered.
Someone called me from JHB saying they will escalate my query to Cape Town but I still haven't heard back!!!
Still no update with regards to when I'll receive my parcel and why it never came yesterday!!!
How many days am I expected to just wait until you eventually show up?
I am even MORE DISAPPOINTED as I still don't know when my parcel will be delivered.
