Terrible disgusting service
18 days ago we were advised that a phone that we ordered from MTN would be delivered. After some back and forth calls and emails, you returned the phone to MTN. Further calls and emails, we were advised that the phone would be delivered today 18 Dec. Then we received a phone call from your agent saying oh no, we wont deliver the phone to you, you must collect it East London which is 100km away from where you promised to deliver. This is disgusting
