Terrible Delivery Service from DSV
How bad and unorganized can a company be? Ordered MTN Parchel on the 23 of November 2023, was told to be at home and sign myself. Received 1st sms 27 November about package out for delivery, nobody came.
Had to phone and book another delivery 2 days later, waited at home and no driver arrived.
After spending about a 100Mins on call to DSV was told Monday, it came and went so so did Tuesday. Phoned again and yet no parcel on the 06 December 2023.
Why is MTN using a unreliable server provider and yet continuing with them? Where and how can I get my parcel after 6 days of staying at home.
How is this client service?
