Terrible customer service
I have contacted Dsv 5 times regarding a package delivery and each time I call I either cannot get through or I am told an agent will contact me regarding delivery and still this has not happened. I called again this morning and advised the lady that answered the call to please get someone to contact me before 10am because I start work at 10am and do not keep my phone with me and wanted to make delivery arrangements ,but still there was no agent that called. This is very poor service from this company .
