Terrible Costomer

The worst service I’ve ever received in 2021 was I the hands of this delivery company. I’ve waited for my parcel the whole day and no one came only to track it to find out that "Delivery Failed". prior that I’ve contacted them to find out how far was my parcel, I couldn’t be assisted at all i spoke to 15+ consultants to give them my waybill number for them to say it doesn’t exist in their system yet I’m using it to track my parcel, one of their consultants even took my numbers promised to contact me back even now I’m still waiting for the call. there’s no way to describe their service but Sh*t customer service ever.
