TERRIBLE CARD DELIVERY FROM DSV ...THEIR DRIVERS ARE *****!!

I am EXTREMELY UPSET I called your offices 25/03/2020 to confirm delivery date. The lady advised that my FNB credit card would be delivered 26/03/2020 between 1-3pm.

I just called now to follow up on what's happening the driver told me that the driver tried to call me but I didn't answer my phones. I don't a single missed call from anyone today in fact I have been received calls from my folks today except your driver. On 26/03/2020 I spoke to Claudine who has promised me that the card will be delivered today in the next 30 minutes. They are based in Roodepoort I am not expecting this card to take long to be received. Worst part is I have given them 3 numbers to contact me, I have even informed our security guy that I am expecting a delivery. Takealot has delivered expect this card.
