This is actually my review as it didn't get attached before.
DSV IS THE WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER.
Not once but twice they didn't deliver at any scheduled time. Each time I bought a product from a company that use DSV as their delivery service and each time the product don't get delivered at the scheduled time. I actually only received it 2 weeks later. The products had to be installed that was part of a project that had to be delayed because of DSV's inability to do their core business - DELIVER THINGS ON TIME!!!!! This was after emails was sent - with such robotic replies, phone calls - that served no purpose at all. The agent I'll speak to will escalate the mater then nothing happens and nobody knows where the parcel is. Then when you try to speak to someone senior, like a manager or someone that cares about their clients - I'm still waiting for that person. They cost me money in delays, time lost in trying to find a parcel, you name it. Just the worst service I ever had to deal with.
In all, as I said to DSV in this many words, "I will never recommend your service to anyone ever and I'll make sure whoever I buy from in the future to make sure who they're using to deliver their goods. If it's DSV I'll go somewhere else."
