Supply Chain Solutions That Fail To Deliver!

UTI couriers has been a really trusted name in my eye until yesterday.<br> <br> I had a parcel that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and it seems UTI lets their drivers to do as they please. I called in yesterday just after 16h30 and the lady at their head office in Centurion - whose name I didn't get - assured me my order would reach me by 17h30 going to 6 yesterday. <br> <br> After tracking my parcel I notice it was out for delivery at 7:18 yesterday in Johannesburg, where I am and the driver - or whoever is responsible - stored it back in the cage at 19:08 last night after a really nice drive in my neighbourhood. They did not even bother to call me. It's great how they don't even have an e-mail address listed on their website - just a contact form that doesn't even notify you if you message has gone through. <br> <br> Is this really how UTI is doing business these days? I am so disappointed.
