SUPPLIERS STAY AWAY FROM DSV

90% of the time when a supplier uses DSV, their drivers do not deliver and claim that they could not get hold of you.

I am currently sitting with a package that they have not delivered and I am paying for everyday that I have this package. Which means that I am paying for something that DSV drivers see as not significant enough to deliver on time.

My contact details were even changed on the system, they confirmed it but the driver chose to lie and say he contacted me and couldn’t reach me. Question: since I live in an estate, why did the driver not use the estate intercom? Also, why did the driver not try to contact the alternative number?

I would not recommend any suppliers to use this courier company, should they want to keep a pristine reputation.
