Sun Couriers drivers dont pitch

We are having a serious problem of our parcel not being collected yesterday after I had already arranged collection before 10am. Then on enquiring today, at first I'm told the driver couldnt find our address (nonsense), then they dont know why he didnt come. Then I find out he pitched at the office at nearly 6pm, after being told we close at 4pm. They arranged a new pickup, but still at this time, no one has pitched to collect our documents. It is now 15:35, and we are closing in 25mins. We are losing business due to your drivers not arriving when promised, and this is not the first time things like this has happened. We cannot afford to run business like this. Our reference numbers are UTI*** and UTI***. Please contact us, as if this service does not improve, we might have to look at other service providers after nearly 20 years of loyalty to UTI Sun Couriers!
