Study Material not delivered for 2 weeks

Hi,<br> <br> I have 3 assignments due early next month, UTI has been holding my study materials for the past two weeks. I am currently running against time on my assignments.<br> <br> I have phoned their call center for almost a week and till today my parcels have not yet arrived. <br> I have been communicating with them on a daily basis.<br> <br> I am total unhappy with the service and turn around response time is worse.<br> <br> AND THEIR CALL CENTER IS THE WORST IN THE WHOLE WORLD.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Kagiso
