Last week Monday I was called in the morning and told that my delivery is on its way, a week later I am still waiting. I called them on Saturday morning and was told that the delivery vehicle was hijacked and my son's Christmas present was ******. I haven't heard anything from them even after they promised to communicate with me. I need the delivery before Christmas pleeeaaassssee!
