Still Waiting, Still No Parcel, Still No Accountability

I am beyond fed up with DSV. My urgent study material has been sitting in limbo because they can’t get a simple delivery right. The driver went to the wrong address, even after I gave them the correct one and shared my live location. The correct address is less than 5 minutes away — yet they just didn’t deliver.

That was days ago. Since then, all I’ve gotten are empty “we are still awaiting feedback from operations” emails. No timelines, no updates, no action. It’s clear no one at DSV is taking responsibility, and my parcel is still not here.

If you value your time, sanity, or deadlines, avoid DSV at all costs. Their customer service is just a loop of polite but useless responses while your parcel collects dust somewhere.

I’m still waiting and based on this experience, I won’t hold my breath.
