Still waiting for my parcel

I study through unisa and my parcel getssent via courier. This year they decided to send it via UTI instead of Skynet. <br> <br> When the parcel arrived in Durban, they didn't deliver at first because they claimed it was a \bad address"then after that the courier guy called me on Saturday Morning saying that I should meet him at the closest mall to collect my stuff!! Collect??? But why because courier companies are suppose to deliver to your door!!! Nevertheless I met them"
