Still useless - even after promises.
Less than 1 star - After coming back to me and pretending to be professional, I am still waiting for my phone. It was once again promised to be delivered between 10am and 4PM today (Monday). This is 16h56 and still no phone, no feedback, customer service is useless and have no idea on how to help except for putting you on hold. DSV, just give up. There is no way that you can do your work. Useless bunch!!!!!! Because of them I'll cancel my MTN upgrade and move to another service provider that do NOT USE DSV for deliveries.
