STAY FAR AWAY!

Wife ordered a new phone through MTN who use these useless bunch for deliveries. SMS received in the morning to say order will be delivered, NO COMMUNICATION the entire day regarding delivery. Apparently the driver must call 15mins before delivery. No call received. Called Today to confirm what is going on, absolutely snotty call centre agent calling my wife a **** for not answering their calls the day prior. TO CONFIRM NO CALL was received! Call centre agent then called back and said, ‘I just want to see if you answer your phone’ What kind of behaviour is this! How old are these people? Call centre agents need to be Fired! They are absolutely disgusting. How this company stays in business is beyond me. Any online orders made from companies that use DSV, please think twice. I see a few people on this site ante having similar problems with this company and their general attitude. Absolute trash company.
