STAY AWAY!

If you're a business owner stay far AWAY from DSV!! Worst transit company ever. I have had so many unnecessary expenses due to our parcels being forgotten, manhandled and/or lost. We ensure proper packaging of all our items and I've had to deal with unhappy customers on a regular due to dsv negligence. While I have had to personally replace each package they've damaged or forgotten leaving me to pay for extra transport costs with The Courier Guy just to deliver the service dsv couldn't! You'd think they'll give you your money back or at least the shipping cost, think again. They drag out the process of claiming damages or lost/forgotten parcels then dissappear from the face of the earth just to randomly one day pay you R120 with no correspondence what so ever. Once you follow up they just ignore you. This doesn't even cover the transit cost of one parcel not even to speak of the damages. In short I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I will never make that mistake again!
