Started off terribly! My parcel was misrouted to another city, sent an email as soon as I realized that the city was incorrect on the Client zone Track my parcel. Unfortunately, it was too late, and it had already been sent to Pietermaritzburg instead of Durban. Hilda Huma, the person that I had been interacting with via email assured me that the parcel could be redirected and find it's way to me. Hilda deserves her ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I got my parcel 1 day behind schedule, but it's here and I'm thankful to her...
