Staff member behaviour and lack of service
I've a parcel with DSV that bought with MTN the expected delivery was for 25th September 2020 initially. I called in head office this number *** they transferred me to bloemfontein I spoke to Hlengiwe in bloemfontein office***)asking her if its possible to make an exception to chnage the delivery date as I'm leaving town on 23rd September 2020.She was very rude and this one of the reasons why most of people complain about Mounties delivery because people like Hlengiwe.So i urgently need someone who can knows customer centricity better than this Hlengiwe to assist me in this matter and I hope I don't have to talk to this Hlengiwe person ever again.Thank you
