South Africa's worst courier "service"

This is possibly the worst courier company in South Africa.

All the agents promise to phone back, no one does. Desrine, Jarmaine etc.

According to makro my parcel was picked up by 24 Dec at 14:02. But after complaining and moaning to the DSV agents, it was only picked up yesterday 8 Jan.

Desrine hinted that the parcel wasn't scanned in and on the floor and they will have to go look for it.

I have begged for feedback, but as DSV has zero customer service, no one has bothered to phone me back.

it is unbelievable how useless they are. How hard it is to get a package from CPT to Worcester. We send people to space in shorter times.

Why does Makro use such a pathetic company?

The worst thing about courier is they never ever take responsibility. It is never their fault.
