I sent a parcel from Cape Town to Jhb on the 23rd November. Today is the 4th December and the parcel still has not been delivered. This despite the fact that I have logged 2 queries with DSV call centre AND receiving an email from Siphiwe Skhosani last Friday saying that it will be delivered. Now she does not respond to my emails.

My clients blame me for this companies terrible service, not them.
