I see a lot of negative reviews for DSV Couriers, but I think they deserve some credit. I have a guitar being shipped from Durban to Randburg right now, and watching their tracking is like watching a clock—it’s going so well.

I am an infrequent customer, but I’ve tried various courier companies. The Courier Guy Overnight shipping costs R600, Fastway is supposed to be the cheapest but you can't order online and nobody calls you back, and DHL charges R3000, others wanted nothing to do with a guitar. So, I was thrilled when I found DSV Couriers. Their online ordering is simple, with no need to speak to anyone or wait for a callback. And the price—R160 to ship an electric guitar, in 2024! I almost feel bad for paying so little. It's overnight from Durban to Randburg..

The tracking says I’ll have my parcel by 11 am, and I have no reason to doubt that.
