Slow service, no communication, numerous phonecalls, still no parcel....

<p>Good day. I am disappointed with the service I have received from the Vredenburg DSV Distribution Centre. My parcel has been lying at their warehouse for a week now. Vredenburg is about 2.5hours drive away from Lutzville. The first time it was due for delivery (a Wednesday), the courier van "came too late". When I phoned the next day they told me that they will come that Friday again. On that Friday I waited till after 17:00 and then phoned them,only to hear that "they had vehicle problems", they will come Monday. I waited till 17:30 on Monday, no one came. Phoned them on Tuesday, then they could not see my parcel anywhere, they will phone me back. I never got a phone-call back. Today is Wednesday again, it is now 17:00 and STILL no parcel!!! This is really frustrating. I could have rather used the Post Office and I would have received my parcel by now.</p>
