Slow service
Dvs has the slowest service ever, after having to wait a full blown month to get my device I still have to wait another 3 days while they say the parcel is in east london. Can't I just go pick it up myself because I'm just tired of waiting and calling. And have seen reviews of people who have had difficulties getting their parcels.
