Slow pathetic service
Wish I could rate them - 5, poor communication, arrogant and just plain ***********. Two different experiences One with a credit card delivery, which I found so distasteful that I cancell d the account eventually, and the other a package from Phalaborwa to Cape Town, it took 7 days. In the same period I booked packages from Ermelo and Phalaborwa on Courier guy and it took 2 days?
