Slow/Delayed Delivery

Dear Sir/Madam,<br> <br> I have yet to receive my parcel, even though it has arrived at your Cape Town branch since last Friday. I got a missed call from your call center last Friday, and when I returned the call, I was told that the package would be delivered later that afternoon. It wasn't. <br> <br> I called again on Saturday, and was informed that the package couldn't be delivered that day, but would instead be made on Monday. Again the package remained undelivered.<br> <br> When I called on Monday to enquire what was causing the delay, I was told that you were having difficulty locating my address. I find that extremely difficult to understand; simply entering the address into any GPS would easily solve the matter. What has been especially frustrating is that I'd paid extra to get courier service, but the quality of your service has been abysmal.<br> <br> I'm still waiting for my package :(<br> <br> -Isaac
