Shocking that a courier company can't even track your order!

I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered since the 28th April. All I have been told since the 8th of May when I called and followed up is that, "investigation is underway and will advise shortly" or "we are still trying to track your parcel". A company that Banks use for delivery of important documents and being told that important document might be lost is absolutely shocking.. I am appalled by this..
