Shocking "Service" from BuyMondo

I would like to lay an official complaint against Seranay Adams and Gail Kiewit who works in your service centre.

These two shockers have zero manners and do not know how to speak to clients. They did not want to give me their names, obviously because they do not care and they know that if they give their names they actually have to do some work. I am extremely disappointed with these cheecky so-and-so’s and am on the verge of cancelling this deal altogether.

Rest assured that I will contact Telkom to lay a complaint, because even after phoning buymondo back to lay a complaint, all they cared about was to give me an e-mail address to send a mail, knowing that they will never get back to me what-so-ever. The guy that I spoke to when trying to lay a complaint was Prince, but im sure his name, like the other names are made up and these people obviously do not exist at all

For the record – I have been trying to phone ********** between 10:30 and 11:15. Every call was picked up, but was then cut off or put down deliberately. I called from ********** during this time. I also challenge you to actually do some work and try to save the reputation of your company which will be in tatters if this is the way you do business.

All that being said – I fully expect you guys to ignore this request to lay a complaint and do what you have done for me so far, which is nothing.
