SHOCKING SERVICE - DSV MOUNTIES
Ordered a cell phone upgrade from MTN on line ... DSV Mouties are the courier company ... *****, *****, ***** ... I have been waiting for them to call to arrange for delivery of the cell phone ... no calls, no cell phone ... every time I phone to follow up they just say they have tried calling to arrange delivery .... *****.... if there is a company with the worst possible service it's DSV MOUNTIES

13 Aug 2019, 13:53Please don't bother ... after calling them again today to follow up on the delivery, they once again told us that they are going to phone us to arrange for delivery ... this was over 2 hours ago and still no one has phoned. Pathetic service from all staff at the call centres
