If you want to deal with the worst courier company out there, try UTI PPS.<br> <br> It will take you 4 days of logging the same collection on there website that is down half the time, then another 30min every day on the phone just to collect 1 parcel!<br> I run a company and this logistics company has been by far the absolute worst. Everything is a nightmare to deal with. Service is shocking.<br> If you don't mind waiting 4 days for them to collect, lots of empty promises, absolutely no regard for what time your company closes and sitting on the phone every day go ahead. It makes logistics a nightmare!<br> <br> I want a refund!
