SHOCKING
I have never experienced such a useless system. Communication is shocking and they are unsupportive with any type of alternative arrangements. I basically had to beg for them to deliver my card. I can't believe the banks have to rely on them to deliver cards, which makes our lives extremely difficult. I hopefully never have to use this service again.
