Shocking

The worst courier services ever they went from 10 to 0 with their level of services, I booked a collection on the 8th @ 13:10 and it's the 10th today still they haven't collected when I call the call center all I get is a run around, when I asked the reason why they are not collecting my parcels no one had an answer for me, I then asked to speak to management they took my number and said they'll get someone from management to call me that was 08:30 this morning and it's now 11:45 I haven't heard from anyone I then called back again and asked to speak to the same person I spoke to earlier the answer was she's busy on another call I then said I'll hold they told me they don't know how long she'll be on the phone and that she'll call me back and she hasn't either
