Shambolic customer service

I bought a product from MTN and gave instructions for it to be delivered the following Tuesday. No confirmation was given. I then recieved a call on the Thursday at 10:30 but couldnt take as i was teaching. I tried to call back but the number wasn't available. I cancelled my classes this past Tuesday but got no delivery. I called 27 times tha day and not one call was answered by the department nor did they return my call. After numerous call yesterday and this afternoon, the department still has not spoken to me I have never been this angry at poor customer service before. MTN needs to re-evaluate this contract because DSV Road is tarnishing MTN's reputation
