******* service!!!!

What a pathetic and horrible service. I 1st got an sms that my order will come 31/07 then it was canceled with no reason for 01/08. Whan 01/08 came I got an sms in the morning that my order will be delivered 01/08. Hours pass and I email since the tracker was never working,I got an email back saying my order was with the driver. I wait again,no update on tracker still as it still said "appointment booking" agent put me on hold forever and never called back. Called again spoke to Portia she said the driver returned/left my order,the status was unable to deliver because tge driver would not come to my area which is the delivery address...different story! I asked for a manager was told she's on lunch at 15:15 after making me hold again forever. I was told it would be escalated and the manager would call me back...it's 16:52 no call..no update. I'm experiencing my delivery today and no later. I made arrangements and stayed home today for this delivery. I will not be inconvenienced by ***********!!!
