Selfish driver and poor customer service.

On the 13th of October Mtn handed my parcel to DSV I then called them to arrange delivery for the 25th October cz I was not in town to sign for it so Tuesday someone came to deliver around 2 and I was not at home cz no one told me the specific time when they called I told them am at the shop and asked them to please wait for me but they couldn't they said they will see if they can come back and they didn't .26th I called they told me they can't deliver till the following week I then asked them if I can please collect the parcel cz I can't be at home the whole day waiting for what I don't know what time it will come I have a business to run they told me they don't allow walk ins so they said they will deliver on the 27 th which is today ok I waited and when they got here I was struggling with network to download proof of address the delivery guy could not wait again left with my parcel 15 min after they left I found a water bill to use as proof of address I called the delivery guy10 times sent him SMS too still no answer I then called the office the lady by the name of Puleng was assisting I asked her to please ask the delivery guy to just come back I have found the a proof of address to my surprise she couldn't help I don't know when they will deliver again this is sad cz I need that parcel as of Tuesday please I need that parcel tomorrow the 28 th I can come collect it if your company can not deliver tomorrow your driver is very selfish cz the is no way he did not see my calls am not impressed at all with the costumers service if I don't get my phone tomorrow I will call Mtn and cancel I will not pay for what U don't know and am travelling again Saturday.
