Absolute unreliable service. Congratulations to all clients that managed to get something delivered by DSV Roads.

I’ve been waiting for the delivery of my bank card for three weeks - I’ve been called by DDV to reschedule delivery four times and were told each time that my area is only serviced twice per week.

Nonetheless, despite availing myself on the agreed dates and times, the drivers did not honour the arrangement with little to no communication. Once I was informed the morning of the day of delivery that the parcel was simply not booked out for delivery that day and will therefore not be delivered.

My bank even attempted to intervene and arranged a delivery date - even that was not honoured and rescheduled by DSV.
