Sad excuse for a courier service

If only I could select -5. Pathetic excuse for a courier company. I would not recommend them to anyone. Had 3 packages with them. 1st one was super delayed. Called in and customers service was so bad. I paid for overnight shipping for my 2nd and 3rd packages and it hasn't come yet been calling but no one answers. Emailed,no reply. They deliver when they feel like it... frustrating to deal with a company such as DSV.
