Rude, unprofessional and ***********

DSV is supposed to deliver a MTN sim card to me.

They contacted me to arrange delivery. The lady I spoke to was rude, unprofessional and she clearly hates her job. She put the phone down while I was busy speaking.

They phoned me a second time because they had trouble finding my address on some map. Not sure which map because I can easily find my address on Google maps and all other courier companies can find it. Again the people that phone me were rude, unprofessional and in this case *********** as well and again put the phone down while I was busy speaking.

I still don't know if my package will be delivered.
