Rude drivers

I am really disgusted with the service I received from UTI today when I received my parcel<br> The driver's name was Tsehepo and the tracking nr is SUBBD***6<br> <br> The driver was absolutely rude because he wasn't competent enough to find my address. he called me and told me he can't find my address so he's going to turn around as if he's doing me a favor but he's doing a job which I paid for. I had to call him back several times to tell him where to go and still he didn't show up, and getting aggressive on the phone with me even hanged up in my ear while I was speaking to him. When he finally showed up he was practically throwing the form I had to sign at me, and spoke to me as if I was a dog.<br> <br> I refuse to accept such rudeness and disrespect for a service I paid for.<br> <br> If your driver's are *********** I will make sure to never use your company again<br> <br>
