Rude Driver, Poor Customer Service

I received a call from DSV to make arrangements for the delivery last week. I had told the agent that I will have to be contacted at least an hour prior to delivery as due to work I might not be available immediately. This morning the driver comes through without notice and then calls when he is outside and asks me, without even greeting, "are you coming or not?". When I go out to him he then asks why did I make him wait so long. The driver was arrogant and seemed intoxicated. I asked him to leave with the package. Drivers name is Mhlengi Msomi, ***. I then contacted DSV to lay a complaint, I was advised someone will call me back in 30 mins. No call back received after 5 hours!! I called back but keep getting put on hold.
