rude driver from the DSV mounties

I was expecting a delivery and guy called me to go meet him at a local garage as they do not come in my area which is Bongweni khayelitsha next to Mandalay i went with my copy of my ID and proof of residence as asked when they called, at 1st he was rushing me telling me he hates people from the locations cause they do not take instructions very well i was suppose to bring an original ID not a copy and he kept going being rude when i asked him to not to talk to me that way he said "voetsek" and drove off and left me standing there.
