Rude consultant

I ordered Wi-Fi from mtn they sent my parcel to dsv, dsv had to deliver yesterday they claimed they have wrong details couldn't get hold of me today I phone to find out what's happening I'm not getting any feedback from you they consultant spoke to me the way she wanted an further proceeded by telling me if I don't give the driver my original ID my copy they won't give me my parcel I told the lady I don't have proof of residents as I don't have my own place or have personal documents that's gets delivered for me she was so rude about it she told me she don't care I better see tht I have those documents or else I won't receive my parcel that I paid for
