Rude Behavior From The Driver
My parcel, was delayed and only just arrived. Fine, okay I have the parcel. Matters got worse, the delivery driver, Mbuso Mokgokgo, was extremely rude during the handover! This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope that appropriate action will be taken to prevent similar experiences in the future.
