Rude and appalling service from DSV secure road delivery

I received my MTN phone today delivered thru DSV secure road division. My parcel had already been opened. and the driver did not bother to get out of his vehicle. My bundle deal of my watch and backpack was not delivered with my phone so with the package not been opened in front of me I cant confirm what was in the package. I was forced to sign my documents on the bonnet of the drivers vehicle as I was trying to balance paperwork and my cell phone and at no time did he bother to get out of his vehicle, no biometrics where required as stated in my messages from MTN. I am still awaiting my Xiaomi S1 active watch & Xiaomi City backpack. I will not be opening the phone until confirmation is received as to when my bundle deal will be delivered and MTN confirms my deal has been captured correctly if not then MTN needs to Uplift the phone. I tried to query this with MTN and was pushed from Pillar to post after trying to contact MTN 11 times the lady at Mobile plus sent thru an email to escalate my query but could not help me any further Both DSV & MTN need to up their game if they wish to keep their clients happy. The service I received today from both companies was beyond pathetic.
