Rude and Abrupt DSV staff!

My medication is delivered by DSV on a monthly basis.

I keep requesting that they phone me when at the gate, and they will hoot till our neighbors has to phone that there is someone outside my gate.

The last delivery made, the driver told me that he doesnt have airtime to phone me.

The drivers are always rude and abrupt. They deliver medicine for Pharmacy Direct. It does not matter how many times you tell them, for them to please phone , so every time there is a hooter outside, you have to go and see if its a delivery for you.

Completely unprofessional and just blatantly rude.

2 months ago I had a delivery from FNB and they used DSV, they did not inform me that they were delivering my package, they pitched up at my home and because there was no one there, they left without phoning me and I had to pay fees to get my card re delivered.

Its a continuous battle and struggle, people just dont care to be human anymore.

Completely and utterly disgusted with DSV!
